T.J. Cross Engineers, Inc., is a leading provider of professional services to the oil and gas industry. The Bakersfield company partnered with GlassPoint to design the world's first commercial enhanced oil recovery (EOR) project. The project is located at an oilfield operated by Berry Petroleum Company near the town of McKittrick in Kern County, California.
